Melissa Noakes

Melissa Noakes is the Head of Sponsorship and Events at Santander UK. She is a curator and creator of experiences and has spent two decades finding different ways to connect brands to their audiences through the power of peoples’ passions. She has delivered award winning brand experiences and sponsorship activations globally for Santander, Sony Ericsson, Sony Mobile, Budweiser, L’Oreal, Jack Daniels, Disney and many other iconic brands. She has worked on some of the world’s most iconic properties including Scuderia-Ferrari, Formula 1, Santander Cycles, UEFA Champions League, Women’s Tennis Association and the World Cup. Melissa is also the co-founder of ELEVATE, a UK wide mentoring programme for the events industry that has supported over 2,000 people in their career development to date. Outside of work she is a trained coach, mentor and published author on Self Care.
